Greg Cinnamon focuses his practice on domestic and cross border mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, investments, commercial transactions, fintech, and business operations.

Prior to entering law school, he was an internal auditor with RJR/Nabisco. In 1991 and 1992, Mr. Cinnamon was on assignment to a leading Tokyo law firm where he had significant responsibility in a number of transactions involving cross-border investment and business operations, international finance, and international securities.

Mr. Cinnamon was recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® in 2017 and the eight years immediately preceding for Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Law. He was recommended in 2011 by Legal 500 US in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions and Buyouts. Mr. Cinnamon was also named as one of Georgia Trend's 2008 "Legal Elite" for Business Law. He was recognized as a 2008 Georgia "Super Lawyer" in the areas of International and Mergers & Acquisitions law by Super Lawyers magazine and was named as a top "Dealmaker" of 2008 by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Mr. Cinnamon is a recipient of the prestigious 2013 Meritorious Service Award by the Association for Corporate Growth® (ACG), the global organization focused on driving middle-market growth.
