Our practice spans a broad range of industries — including agriculture, business services, energy, food and beverage, gaming, healthcare, manufacturing, media and telecommunications, mining, real estate, retail, and transportation — giving us a thorough knowledge and understanding of our clients’ businesses and industries. Our experience includes asset-based lending, syndicated lending, mezzanine lending, first lien/second lien financings, real estate lending, SBIC financings, dividend recapitalization financings, equipment leasing, letters of credit, asset securitizations, acquisition financings, bridge loan facilities, and note purchase transactions. Moreover, we regularly work with our Native American Affairs Practice Group in representing tribes in financing transactions, including gaming facilities and tax-exempt financings.
