Our practice spans a broad range of industries — including agriculture, business services, energy, food and beverage, gaming, healthcare, manufacturing, media and telecommunications, mining, real estate, retail, and transportation — giving us a thorough knowledge and understanding of our clients’ businesses and industries. Our experience includes asset-based lending, syndicated lending, mezzanine lending, first lien/second lien financings, real estate lending, SBIC financings, dividend recapitalization financings, equipment leasing, letters of credit, asset securitizations, acquisition financings, bridge loan facilities, and note purchase transactions.
