Served as lead litigation and bankruptcy counsel for Wells Fargo in a case alleging the improper force-placement of insurance and failure of adequate coverage. Mr. Dowdy successfully removed the case and obtained a transfer of the case to a different district in which the debtor’s later-filed bankruptcy case was pending. The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina dismissed Plaintiff’s causes of action.
