Lead counsel on behalf of York International, a large independent supplier of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration products, against a former employee who divulged the company’s trade secrets in Internet chat rooms. We obtained a permanent injunction against the former employee enforcing his confidentiality obligations and preventing him from further disclosure of our client’s data.
